Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with clients.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Achieve hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job portals is an added advantage.
