Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure all outlets adhere to standardized recipes, presentation, and preparation techniques.
Food Safety Standards: Monitor strict compliance with FSSAI regulations, local health codes, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines.
Raw Material Checks: Inspect incoming deliveries for freshness, temperature, quality, and proper packaging.
Sensory Evaluations: Conduct routine checks on food and beverage items (taste, smell, texture, appearance) to ensure brand consistency
Outlet Audits: Conduct scheduled and surprise audits regarding cleanliness, personal hygiene, sanitation, and pest control.
Infrastructure Assessment: Check the working condition of kitchen and café equipment (e.g., freezers, espresso machines, dishwashers) to prevent cross-contamination and breakdowns.
Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA): Identify non-conformances during audits, investigate root causes, and guide branch managers in executing corrective measures.
Staff Training: Conduct regular refresher training for baristas, chefs, and front-of-house staff regarding food handling, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
Audit Documentation: Maintain meticulous audit reports, track compliance trends, and present actionable findings to regional operations management
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Certifications: Mandatory or highly preferred certifications include HACCP Level 3, ISO 22000, or FSSAI.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the food and beverage, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or hospitality sector.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in reporting software, and excellent communication skills
