We’re Hiring: HRMS Product Implementation – Junior
Location: Ekkatuthangal
Experience: 6 months to 2 years (HRMS / HRIS Implementation)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in HRMS implementation and product support for clients
- Configure and manage modules including Time & Attendance, Leave Management, and Payroll
- Handle shift planning and calendar configuration
- Perform employee creation and master data setup within the system
- Support client onboarding, requirement gathering, and system configuration
- Provide product training and post-implementation support to clients
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
- Ensure smooth system adoption and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in HRMS / HRIS implementation - If in Zoho product implementation ( Preferrable )
- Hands-on experience in:
- Time, Attendance & Leave configuration
- Shift and calendar management
- Employee and master data creation
- Payroll configuration
- Basic knowledge of Recruitment module and Performance Management System (PMS)
- Understanding of payroll and HR operations
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
