Interested candidates: talentacquisition@sbshr.com / 7397725556 We&rsquo;re Hiring: HRMS Product Implementation &ndash; Junior Location: Ekkatuthangal Experience: 6 months to 2 years (HRMS / HRIS Implementation)Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in HRMS implementation and product support for clients</li><li>Configure and manage modules including Time &amp; Attendance, Leave Management, and Payroll</li><li>Handle shift planning and calendar configuration</li><li>Perform employee creation and master data setup within the system</li><li>Support client onboarding, requirement gathering, and system configuration</li><li>Provide product training and post-implementation support to clients</li><li>Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution</li><li>Ensure smooth system adoption and client satisfaction</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>6 months to 2 years of experience in HRMS / HRIS implementation - If in Zoho product implementation ( Preferrable )</li><li>Hands-on experience in:</li><li>Time, Attendance &amp; Leave configuration</li><li>Shift and calendar management</li><li>Employee and master data creation</li><li>Payroll configuration</li><li>Basic knowledge of Recruitment module and Performance Management System (PMS)</li><li>Understanding of payroll and HR operations</li><li>Good communication and client handling skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and learn quickly</li></ul>Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
