Project: 70-Meter High-Rise Residential/Commercial Building
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead the execution of a 70-meter high-rise building project in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-rise construction, site execution, quality control, contractor management, and statutory compliance. Experience with Mivan Aluminium Formwork Systems is preferred. Candidates should have hands-on experience in coordinating with the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and other statutory authorities, along with a strong understanding of RERA compliance, Building Use (BU) permissions, Occupancy Certificate (OC), and Completion Certificate (CC) processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all civil construction activities from project commencement through handover.
● Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
● Manage RCC, finishing, façade, and external development works.
● Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
● Monitor project schedules, resource utilization, and construction quality.
● Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and enforce site safety standards.
● Review BOQs, contractor bills, work measurements, and material reconciliation.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
● Liaise with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and other government authorities for statutory approvals, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
● Coordinate documentation and compliance related to RERA requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
● Facilitate approvals and processes related to Building Use (BU) Permission, Occupancy Certificate (OC), Completion Certificate (CC), and other statutory clearances.
● Ensure compliance with the National Building Code (NBC), relevant IS Codes, local development regulations, and project specifications.
● Support project handover by ensuring all statutory approvals, documentation, and quality requirements are completed.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.).
● 10–12 years of experience in high-rise residential and/or commercial building construction.
● Proven experience in site execution and project management for multi-storey developments.
● Experience in dealing with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and other statutory authorities.
● Practical knowledge of RERA regulations, BU Permission, Occupancy Certificate (OC), and Completion Certificate (CC) processes.
● Strong understanding of RCC works, finishing works, construction sequencing, and quality control.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, and project planning software.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with Mivan Aluminium Formwork Systems.
● Experience on projects of 70 meters or higher.
● Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.

Experience
10–12 years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction with a reputed real estate developer, EPC contractor, or construction company.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
