Summary:
As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a strategic and operational role in managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will act as a key partner in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Drive performance management systems and support employee development initiatives.
- Ensure HR compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and HR operations efficiently.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
- Support and implement employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist/Senior HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- HR certification (added advantage).
- Experience with HRIS/HRMS tools.
- Strong exposure to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
