About Us
ZEU Diamonds is a growing luxury jewellery brand specializing in IGI-certified lab-grown diamond jewellery, engagement rings, proposal rings, bridal jewellery, and custom-designed diamond pieces.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of converting online inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and website inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Handle customer consultations for engagement rings, proposal rings, bridal jewellery and custom orders.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets and timelines.
- Build trust and confidence with prospective buyers.
- Present suitable jewellery options and quotations.
- Follow up consistently with leads until conversion.
- Handle objections related to pricing, quality, certification and online purchases.
- Maintain accurate lead records and customer communication history.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Coordinate with management regarding customer requirements and order confirmations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in jewellery sales, luxury retail sales, diamond sales or high-ticket online sales.
- Proven experience converting leads through WhatsApp and social media.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable handling customers from India and overseas markets (GCC, USA, UK, etc.).
Preferred Experience
- Diamond jewellery sales.
- Lab-grown diamond sales.
- Engagement ring consultations.
- Bridal jewellery sales.
- Luxury retail experience.
Performance Expectations
- Respond to all inquiries within 5 minutes.
- Maintain structured follow-up with every lead.
- Achieve lead-to-sale conversion targets.
- Generate repeat and referral business.
