Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Receive inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records and call logs in the system.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare reports on call activities and customer feedback.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree mandatory).
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
