About the Role
We are hiring for multiple roles in the Influencer Marketing team across Content Creation, Scouting, Influencer Finalisation, Senior Content, and Influencer Marketing Management.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in influencer marketing campaigns, creator collaborations, content execution, campaign coordination, and influencer relationship management. The role requires practical understanding of social media trends, creator ecosystems, short-form content, and performance-driven influencer campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Scouting & Creator Identification
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Research creators based on engagement, audience quality, content style, category fit, and campaign relevance.
- Maintain influencer databases including contacts, pricing, engagement metrics, and collaboration history.
Content Planning & Creative Execution
- Conceptualize influencer campaign ideas, content hooks, scripts, and creative directions.
- Guide influencers and creators for Reels, meme-based content, comedy content, trend-driven videos, UGC, and short-form campaigns.
- Review and approve influencer content ensuring strong quality, creativity, and brand alignment.
- Stay updated with platform trends, viral formats, and regional content trends.
Influencer Finalisation & Negotiation
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with influencers, managers, and agencies.
- Evaluate influencer rates against campaign budgets and market benchmarks.
- Manage influencer agreements, deliverables, timelines, and payment tracking.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns from creator sourcing to campaign go-live and reporting.
- Handle multiple influencer collaborations and campaigns simultaneously.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, influencers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives, business goals, and performance expectations.
Performance & Reporting
- Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, views, conversions, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Share campaign insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies.
- Focus on conversion-driven influencer marketing campaigns and measurable campaign outcomes.
Team Management – Senior / Manager Roles
- Lead, mentor, and manage junior team members.
- Review team output and ensure quality standards are maintained across campaigns.
- Take complete ownership of campaign execution, team productivity, and delivery timelines.
- Drive accountability, performance, and process improvements within the team.
Skills & Experience Required
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience exclusively in influencer marketing with end-to-end campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of creative, comedy, meme-based, and trend-driven content concepts.
- Experience in scripting and guiding creators for high-performing influencer marketing content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC, and short-form video content.
- Experience handling high-volume creator collaborations and campaign management simultaneously.
- Strong focus on conversion-driven influencer campaigns.
- Extensive experience working with micro and nano influencers across multiple categories.
- Good exposure to regional creators and regional content trends.
- Strong negotiation and influencer relationship management skills.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and drive team performance.
- Taking complete ownership of campaign execution, team productivity, and delivery timelines.
- Strong business understanding with the ability to align influencer campaigns with brand and performance goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good Excel, reporting, and campaign tracking skills.
Experience Requirement
Role Level Experience :
Executive / Junior Executive 1–3 years,
Senior Executive 3–6 years,
Manager 4–5 years
Freshers may be considered only if they have strong marketing understanding, good communication skills and genuine interest in influencer / digital marketing.
Preferred Background
Candidates from the following background will be preferred:
- Influencer marketing agencies.
- D2C beauty, skincare, personal care or FMCG brands.
- Creator management / talent management agencies.
- Digital marketing teams with hands-on influencer campaign experience.
- Candidates who have worked on Reels, UGC, influencer briefs, creator scouting or influencer negotiation.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business Management, Commerce, Communication or any related field.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
