Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum for Math subjects.
- Classroom Management: Create a conducive learning environment that fosters respect, collaboration, and high academic standards.
- Student Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate students' progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Interactive Learning: Use innovative teaching methods, including technology and hands-on activities, to enhance student understanding and engagement.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents about students' progress, classroom activities, and school events.
- Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions to contribute to the school's community.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines and school policies in all teaching activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field. A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
