Job Title: Inside Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for meeting and exceeding given sales target as an individual contribution as well as support sales team for the same.
· Responsible for sales and generating new leads through field sales team as well as through online & offline sales activities to achieve present and future goals.
· Contact prospective clients on phone and persuade them to buy our product.
· Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship.
· Explain the product features to the customers.
· Follow up with customers for orders.
· Negotiation with the client and close the deal.
· Coordinate with Quotation Department & Client.
· Maintain records of interaction with customers and its status for follow up.
· Coordinate with client and arrange meeting for sales staff.
· Monitor the working of field sales staff including their attendance, sales report etc.
Requirements:
· - Experience in B2B sales
· - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· - Strong phone presence and negotiation skills
· - Proficient in MS Office Excel
