Senior Podcast Video Editor – Remote
We are a growing content production agency helping podcasters, founders, and businesses turn long-form conversations into high-quality video and social media content.
We are looking for an experienced Podcast Video Editor with a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, sound and visual quality.
This is not an entry-level position. We want someone who can take raw podcast footage and independently turn it into a polished, professional final product.
Responsibilities
- Edit 45–120+ minute podcast episodes
- Multi-camera editing and professional camera switching
- Audio cleanup and enhancement
- Color correction and visual consistency
- Remove unnecessary pauses, mistakes and filler
- Add captions, lower thirds, graphics and B-roll
- Create polished YouTube-ready videos
- Repurpose podcast episodes into engaging Shorts/Reels
- Follow client branding and editing guidelines
- Handle revisions and meet deadlines
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio in podcasts, interviews, YouTube or similar content
- Excellent understanding of pacing and storytelling
- Strong audio and visual editing skills
- Experience with Premiere Pro or similar software
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable communication and deadline management
- Ability to work independently
Experience with After Effects, motion graphics and professional color grading is a plus.
What We Value
We are looking for an editor who understands that great editing is more than simply cutting footage.
You should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual composition and audience retention and be able to make creative decisions independently.
We prefer clean, premium and professional editing over excessive effects and transitions.
Compensation
₹20,000–₹60,000 per month equivalent, depending on experience, portfolio, project scope and workload.
This is a contract/project-based position, so compensation is based on actual project work and is not a guaranteed monthly salary.
High-performing editors may receive ongoing projects as our agency grows.
