Position: Senior Manager / Tendering Manager – Civil
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Chennai
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end tendering activities for Civil & Infrastructure projects
- Study and evaluate Tender / RFP / BOQ / Technical specifications
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with Planning, QS, Engineering, Procurement and Projects teams
- Prepare tender queries, clarifications and technical/commercial submissions
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations
- Ensure timely submission of competitive and accurate tenders
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and client discussions
- Analyse project risks, contractual terms and commercial conditions
- Support management in final pricing and tender negotiations

✅ Excellent estimation, costing and BOQ knowledge
✅ Tender preparation & bid management experience
