Agarwal Assignments Pvt Ltd is hiring a Customer Support Executive for our Noida office. We are looking for a motivated professional to manage client communication, handle inbound/outbound calls, and support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects and answer inbound customer inquiries.
- Pitch our services effectively to support B2B sales and marketing.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain accurate records in the database.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Sales, or B2B Marketing is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; basic computer knowledge.
