Patient Counsellor & Care Coordinator
Role Overview
We are seeking an empathetic, warm, and highly attentive Patient Counsellor & Care Coordinator to join our premier aesthetic clinic on M.G. Road, Camp, Pune. Your primary role is to be a supportive listener for our patients. You will understand their unique concerns, guide them through treatment options, and systematically manage their appointments with our Injector and medical Doctors.
Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Active Listening: Comfortably sit with patients to understand their skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns without rushing them.
- Empathic Counselling: Provide a safe, non-judgmental space for patients to share their needs, insecurities, and expectations.
- Treatment Guidance: Educate patients on recommended procedures, helping them understand what to expect during their clinical journey.
- Doctor Appointment Management: Strategically book and align patient slots with the Injector Doctor / Aesthetic Practitioner.
- Patient Advocacy: Act as the trusted link between the patient and the medical team to ensure all client expectations are met.
- Post-Treatment Care: Follow up with patients post-procedure to check on their recovery, comfort, and satisfaction levels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Core Competency: Outstanding emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening capabilities.
- Experience: Prior experience in counselling, guest relations, customer success, or patient care roles (healthcare/wellness sector is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal fluency in English and Hindi or Marathi to communicate deeply with Camp’s diverse clientele.
- Personality: Calm demeanor, highly patient, comforting presence, and naturally approachable.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
