The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales across major marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart. The role involves overseeing product listings, driving sales growth, managing advertising campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart seller accounts.
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and competitor activities to drive growth.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (PPC, sponsored ads, promotions) across all platforms.
- Handle inventory planning, stock updates, and coordination with logistics teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Ensure timely order processing, shipment tracking, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer queries, reviews, feedback, and return processes to maintain high seller ratings.
- Analyze reports and key metrics (conversion rate, ROI, ACOS, CTR, etc.) to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and account health standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, operations) for product launches and updates.
- Identify new product opportunities, trends, and expansion strategies across marketplaces.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart).
- Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms and advertising tools.
- Experience with product listing optimization and catalog management.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Familiarity with tools like Seller Central.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and prioritize tasks effectively.
