Key Responsibilities – Store Manager
- Achieve store sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage daily store operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Lead, motivate and train the retail sales team.
- Monitor KPIs such as Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion and Footfall.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, replenishment and shrinkage control.
- Maintain brand standards, store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and productivity.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and store performance reports.
- Ensure smooth cash handling, billing and store administration.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
