Production Supervision
- Work under the direct guidance of the Production Manager to execute daily production plans
- Supervise machine operators and assembly staff across production stages
- Allocate work, track output targets, and report progress to the Production Manager
- Ensure all SOPs are followed at each manufacturing stage
- Coordinate with stores/purchase for raw material readiness
- Log daily production data — output, rejections, downtime — into the PHE production software
Quality Control
- Inspect incoming raw materials against engineering specifications and drawings
- Conduct in-process quality checks at critical production stages referencing technical drawings
- Perform final inspection and testing of finished heating elements before dispatch
- Maintain QC records, rejection logs, and inspection reports in the PHE software
- Flag non-conformances to the Production Manager and help implement corrective actions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kalol, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
