Booking Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages to schedule, reschedule, or cancel service appointments. Send automated booking confirmations and reminders
Customer Support & Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve service-related complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Nurture long-term client relationships to promote repeat business and proactively solicit feedback after services are rendered
Data Maintenance: Maintain and update detailed customer profiles and interaction logs using CRM software
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate service offerings clearly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
