- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within identity and access management systems.
- Strong understanding of system integration and workflow automation within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze logs, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions efficiently.
- Familiarity with scripting and configuration management to support system customization and enhancements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
