Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property title verification and draft title reports based on the review of historical ownership documents
- Perform due diligence for land and property transactions across urban and rural areas
- Review and summarize Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Wills, Partition Deeds, Khata Extracts, RTCs, Encumbrance Certificates, and other relevant property records
- Assist in drafting and vetting agreements such as Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds, Construction Agreements, and Power of Attorney
- Maintain organized legal documentation and reports for clients or internal use
- Support senior lawyers during real estate transactions, client queries, and compliance audits
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university
- Interest or academic exposure in property law, transfer of property act, land acquisition, stamp act, RERA etc.
- Strong legal drafting, document review, and research skills
- Reading Kannada is must.
- Familiarity with legal procedures related to property verification and land records
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation tools
- High level of integrity and strong attention to detail
