Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business verticals of the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for field, sales, factory, and corporate roles
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and campus drives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
- Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, and documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
- Support onboarding and basic HR operations as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in recruitment (mandatory)
- Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment preferred
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation
- Result-oriented and able to meet hiring targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
