Key Responsibilities: • Manage the complete dispatch process from order receipt to delivery. • Plan and schedule daily dispatches to ensure timely deliveries. • Verify orders, invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans before dispatch. • Coordinate with the Warehouse, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations. • Ensure accurate picking, packing, labelling, and loading of materials. • Monitor dispatch schedules and track shipments until delivery. • Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement, and transport documentation. • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely deliveries. • Resolve dispatch-related issues and customer delivery concerns. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dispatch procedures. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch and delivery reports. • Manage and supervise the dispatch team to ensure operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
