What You’ll Do
- Manage overall store operations (sales, team & P&L)
- Lead, train & schedule staff effectively
- Ensure food quality & service standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory, costs & stock levels
- Drive sales and improve customer experience
- Maintain hygiene, safety & store standards
- Coordinate for menu updates & operational improvements
Who Can Apply?
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Hotel Management preferred
- 3–5 years’ experience in F&B / QSR industry
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Ability to handle P&L and team management
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends & holidays
