Key Responsibilities
- Client/Customer Interaction: Building relationships, providing support, training, promoting products/services, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales & Business Development: Generating leads, conducting presentations, closing deals, and expanding customer base.
- Data & Reporting: Conducting field surveys, collecting data, documenting activities, and maintaining accurate records for management.
- Operations & Logistics: Managing deliveries, executing tasks at different locations, coordinating with back-office teams, and handling administrative duties.
- Market Research: Monitoring trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
