Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 In-hand + Incentives
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with international customers through outbound calling.
- Generate leads and manage regular customer follow-ups.
- Maintain strong communication standards and customer experience.
- Handle customer queries professionally and effectively.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain call records and process documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of experience in International Outbound Calling
- Freshers with excellent communication skills will be considered.
- Experience in sales process or lead generation will be an advantage
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and listening abilities
- Comfortable working in target-oriented environments
- Ability to remain professional and composed during customer interactions
- Comfortable with early morning shifts
