Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment along with general HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for ongoing requirements
Track and manage recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics
Work on HRMS for employee data management, onboarding, and HR operations
Support onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
Working knowledge of HRMS systems (must-have)
Ability to manage pipelines, dashboards, and reporting
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles simultaneously
Eagerness to learn and grow
Eligibility:
2–3 years of relevant HR experience
Based in Pune
