Job Overview:
La Nature Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled and service-driven Senior F&B Captain to lead our restaurant and banquet service teams. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service operations, team coordination, and exceptional guest experiences in our fine-dining and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train F&B service staff to uphold luxury service standards
Oversee restaurant and banquet setups, operations, and guest handling
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order execution
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly
Maintain hygiene, service quality, and presentation consistency
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field
3+ years of experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a luxury setting
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Well-versed in fine dining etiquette and banquet service operations
Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of local dialects is a plus
