Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced ISO Specialist to lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS), focusing on ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. The role will initially support our Dubai office, with future expansion to Kerala, India.Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Develop and control policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification audits.
- Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and continual improvement initiatives.
- Deliver ISO awareness and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, HSE, and environmental requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ISO management systems.
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
- Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certifications preferred.
- Strong documentation, auditing, and communication skills.
- Experience in engineering, architecture, interior design, or construction sectors is an advantage.
