- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Packing Supervisor to join our team in Karur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily packing operations, ensuring product quality, coordinating dispatch activities, and leading a team to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily packing operations to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Lead and motivate the packing team to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure products are packed according to company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for smooth workflow and on-time deliveries.
- Conduct quality checks before dispatch to minimize errors and damages.
- Monitor packing materials and report shortages to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the packing area.
- Train new employees on packing procedures and workplace safety.
- Prepare daily production and dispatch reports and update management on operational status.
Requirements
- Diploma or Any Degree.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Packing Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Dispatch Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of packing processes, quality control, and dispatch coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
