We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs that improve user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Gather user feedback and continuously improve product usability.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and design thinking.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and user psychology.
- Experience designing for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
