Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Implementation Specialist to deploy, customize, and support Zoho applications across the organization. The candidate will work closely with business teams to understand requirements, configure Zoho solutions, automate workflows, and ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other Zoho products.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
- Customize modules, fields, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain automation using workflows, blueprints, and custom functions.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and internal applications.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user queries.
- Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, and process manuals.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure data migration, validation, and system security best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Knowledge of Deluge scripting, APIs, and integrations.
- Understanding of business process automation and workflow design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Zoho certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience in CRM, ERP, or SaaS implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and web technologies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
