About the Role
RichestSoft is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in Direct Sales of Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and other digital marketing solutions to US-based clients.
The candidate should be capable of handling the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure, while building long-term relationships with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales and outbound prospecting.
- Sell Digital Marketing services including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Content Marketing
- Lead Generation Services
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals with international clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients for long-term business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Project teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Direct Sales of Digital Marketing services.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and related digital solutions.
- Proven experience in lead conversion and end-to-end sales.
- Experience working with US clients and international markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing or IT Services to international clients.
- Knowledge of online sales and business development strategies.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
