Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving business growth through online platforms and direct communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Handle client communication through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Manage and bid on projects through Upwork, Guru, and other freelancing platforms
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals/quotations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Achieve sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Upwork, Guru, and online bidding platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional approach
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
