- Onboarding & Joining Formalities: Facilitate new-hire orientations, process joining documents, and manage background checks. [1]
- Exit Formalities & Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews, manage clearance processes from all departments, and process resignations. [1]
- Payroll & Compensation: Compile payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime), assist with benefits enrollment, and address employee payroll inquiries. [1]
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, mediating conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
