Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)
Qualification: 08+ years’ Experience in B.E./ B. Tech (in Civil).and 10+ years Experience for Diploma in Civil
Job Location: Bangalore (Karnataka)
Experience: 08 + years of experience in construction of Solar projects projects.
Key Responsibility Areas:
· Planning and preparing technical drawings and construction layouts
· Reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks
· Organizing construction materials and negotiating vendor contracts
· Conducting preliminary inspections at potential construction sites
· Gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation
· Determining project feasibility and giving approval
· Developing construction project budget estimates
· Providing technical advice and diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties
· Ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal regulations
· Collaborating with clients, construction crews, subcontractors and other professionals
· Conducting quality assurance and providing feedback
Site Engineer Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
· Experience in a similar role.
· Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
· Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
· Great leadership and organizational skills.
· Project management skills.
· Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
· Great written and verbal communication skills.
· A willingness to learn.
