Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns is a must.
- Perform keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content)
- Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues (crawl errors, site speed, indexing)
- Build and execute link-building strategies.
- Track organic traffic and rankings.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads is required.
- You will be evaluated during the interview using a live ad account.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign structures to maximize ROI
- Monitor KPIs like CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights
- Apply only if you are currently based in Chennai
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics and dashboards to track campaign and website performance
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance
- Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations
Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams
- Align paid and organic strategies for maximum visibility and conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing and SEO
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and SEO tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (like WordPress), and landing page optimization
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong team leadership and project management capabilities — you're someone who gets things done and helps others do the same.
- Drive SEO and SEM strategies to support organic and paid lead generation.
- Execute strategies for email marketing, automation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail — you know what a good hook, visual, or campaign looks like.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and teams simultaneously.
Tools Knowledge
Expert in: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), Trello/Asana/Notion, and Canva/Figma , SEMRush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or Data Studio, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
AI-fluent: You use tools like ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Midjourney to accelerate content and idea generation.
Bonus if you’ve worked with influencer or UGC campaigns.
