About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, handling communications, coordinating with prospective candidates and clients, and supporting the company’s business growth activities. The role involves follow-ups, managing enquiries, maintaining professional communication, and assisting the internal team with day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Admin works and timely addressing the leads
- Introduce and represent our programme in a professional manner
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Identify potential opportunities for collaboration
- Coordinate with the internal team for further process handling
- Ensure smooth and effective communication between external partners and the team
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Malayalam; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Professional and confident approach
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferably from Ernakulam
