## Job Summary
Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn how to build successful online campaigns? We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Email Marketing Intern to join our team. We are fully open to freshers for this role!
## Key Responsibilities
After an initial training period, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Campaign Setup: Learn to use email marketing tools to draft, format, and schedule daily/weekly newsletters and promotional emails.
- Content Creation: Write engaging email copy, catchy subject lines, and preview texts that make people want to click.
- List Coordination: Help organize and clean our email subscriber lists, ensuring the right messages go to the right people.
- A/B Testing: Assist in experimenting with different subject lines, layouts, and send times to see what our audience likes best.
- Performance Tracking: Learn to track key numbers like how many people opened an email or clicked a link, and share these insights with the team.
- Quality Control: Thoroughly test links, images, and formatting across multiple devices (mobile and desktop) before any email goes live.
## Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or any field (your enthusiasm and writing skills matter more than your major!).
- Experience: 0–2 years. No professional experience required; college projects, personal blogs, or marketing internships are a big plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent Writing Skills: Flawless grammar and the ability to write clear, engaging short-form content.
- Tech Adaptability: Comfort learning new software, platforms, and basic online tools quickly.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye to catch typos, broken links, or formatting errors before an email goes out.
- Analytical Mind: Basic comfort with numbers to help understand campaign reports.
- Traits: Proactive, eager to take feedback, and excited to learn digital marketing from the ground up.
