- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage operating systems (mainly Windows, sometimes macOS/Linux)
- Handle user accounts, permissions, and system access
- Install and update applications and security patches
- Provide technical support (onsite or remote)
- Maintain IT asset inventory
- Ensure systems follow security and compliance policies
