Human Resources Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3–5 years (Core HR experience mandatory)
Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and drive the complete HR function. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution capability, and deep expertise across core HR domains to support organizational growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Compliance
Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies
Manage and mentor the HR team
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
