Legal Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, corporate regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with legal consultants, advocates, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and documentation related to employment matters.
- Maintain legal records, licenses, registrations, and compliance documentation.
- Support management in risk assessment and legal advisory matters.
- Monitor updates in labor laws and regulatory requirements.
HR Responsibilities
- Draft HR policies, appointment letters, warning letters, and other employee communications.
- Manage employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
- Prior experience in legal compliance and HR functions preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR practices.
- Strong drafting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
