Responsibilities:
· Support recruitment process (job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer letters)
· Manage employee on boarding and induction
· Handle employee queries and concerns (grievances, leaves, attendance)
· Coordinate training and development programs (induction, soft skills, compliance)
· Maintain employee records and databases (personal, payroll, leave)
· Performance Management: HR designs and implements performance appraisal systems, monitors employee productivity, and provides feedback.
Requirements:
· 5 to 10 years of HR experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· HR software knowledge
