Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Crew Member to join our coffee shop team. The Crew Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing high-quality beverages and food, maintaining cleanliness, handling customer orders, and supporting the daily operations of the café. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives as part of a team.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming café environment.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Recommend beverages, food items, and promotions based on customer preferences.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Beverage & Food Preparation
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Heat, assemble, and serve food items while following food safety guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, dining area, counters, and workstations.
- Restock ingredients, cups, lids, condiments, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors of low stock.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and cleaning.
Health & Safety
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely.
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, food service, or retail environment is an advantage but not required.
- Barista experience is a plus.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
