We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Intern to join our development team and gain hands-on experience in software design, development, testing, and deployment. The intern will work closely with experienced developers and project teams to develop, test, debug, and maintain web or mobile applications while learning industry best practices, software development methodologies, and modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Participate in requirement analysis, coding, debugging, and unit testing.
- Support the development of web, mobile, or desktop applications using relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from mentors.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and project reports.
- Learn and follow software development best practices, coding standards, and version control processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or .NET.
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB) is desirable.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and version control tools such as Git is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Exposure to cloud platforms, mobile development, or AI/ML technologies is an added advantage.
- Strong learning attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to build practical software development experience.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
