1. To perform sampling and analysis of water in routine and as and when required and do reporting on time.
2. To perform sampling and analysis of finished products as and when required and do reporting on time.
3. To perform environment monitoring in routine and as and when required and maintain its annexure /Formats.
4. To prepare media and carry out media related activities i.e. (Media preparation, pH, GPT, Pre incubation, consumption, etc.) and maintain its records.
5. To perform calibration oflab instruments like pH meter, Balance, Conductivity meter, colony counter, microscope, air sampler, etc. and maintain its records.
6. To report all activities on time as per GDP.
7. To follow all rules and regulations of lab and follow GDP, GLP and aseptic techniques in lab.
8. To carry out all culture related activities and reporting for the same.
9. Transfer, Release and discard all media plates and tubes after observation and reporting.
10. To participate in all studies, validations and activities conducted in lab or as per company requirements.
11. To carry out differential pressure and temperature monitoring of lab.
12. If any discrepancy observed then inform immediately to department head for the same.
13. To monitor, check and if needed operate vertical and horizontal autoclave.
14. To prepare trends as per SOP.
15. To prepare BOD incubator data on daily basis.
16. To issue relevant documents from QA department as and when needed and retrieve when completed
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
