Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our team and drive talent acquisition initiatives across various departments. Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple levels and functions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or SAP to identify top talent.
- Conduct technical recruiting for specialized roles by assessing skills in areas such as HR sourcing, talent management, and executive recruiting.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert guidance on employment & labor law compliance.
- Coordinate campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs to attract emerging talent.
- Negotiate employment contracts and facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Support succession planning and training & development efforts by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting across various industries with strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively through social media management, relationship management, and cold calling.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS or PeopleSoft; experience with HRIS systems like Kronos or UltiPro is a plus.
- Solid understanding of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to conduct interviews confidently while evaluating technical skills and cultural fit for diverse roles.
- Strong negotiation skills for offers and contracts; experience with employee evaluation processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of sales techniques including lead generation and client relationship management can enhance candidate engagement efforts.
