About the Role
Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring freshers with a Diploma in Civil Engineering for the position of Site Capture Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in construction technology, digital site documentation, and PropTech.
The role involves visiting construction and real estate project sites across Mumbai and capturing 360° photos, videos, and site walkthroughs for digital project records.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction and real estate project sites across Mumbai.
- Capture 360° photos, videos, and walkthrough footage of project sites.
- Document construction progress and site conditions digitally.
- Assist in creating virtual tours and digital site records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Upload and organize captured photos and videos on company platforms.
- Ensure clear, accurate, and high-quality site captures.
- Maintain proper digital records of completed site visits.
- Share daily site updates and reports with the reporting manager.
- Follow all site safety rules and company guidelines.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- No prior work experience is required.
- Basic understanding of construction sites and civil engineering terminology.
- Comfortable using smartphones, cameras, and digital applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work at construction and real estate project sites.
- Willing to travel across Mumbai for site visits.
