Employment Type: Full-Time , 5 days workingAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented HR Manager with strong HR Generalist experience to support and strengthen our growing operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, be capable of independently handling end-to-end HR functions, and play a key role in supporting the company's expansion plans, particularly for factory operations in Pune.The candidate will work closely with business leaders, factory HR teams, and department heads to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance, enhance employee engagement, and build a high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Generalist Functions
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS data, and HR documentation.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and adherence to company policies.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Handle recruitment for corporate and plant positions across various levels.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Coordinate with consultants, job portals, and recruitment agencies for timely hiring.
- Drive onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Factory HR Coordination & Expansion Support
- Act as the central HR coordinator between corporate HR and factory HR teams.
- Support the HR requirements related to factory expansion projects in Pune.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure adequate manpower planning and deployment.
- Monitor staffing requirements, employee relations, and HR compliance at factory locations.
- Travel to factory locations as required to support business operations.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution initiatives.
- Design and execute employee engagement, welfare, and retention programs.
- Conduct regular employee interactions and feedback sessions.
Performance Management & Learning
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support learning and development programs based on organizational needs.
- Assist managers in setting performance goals and employee development plans.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and compliance checks.
- Support documentation and reporting related to HR compliance activities.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards and management reports.
- Analyze attrition, recruitment metrics, attendance, and employee engagement data.
- Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or related field.
