Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, confident, and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by connecting with prospective customers, generating interest in our services, and coordinating client meetings. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and basic knowledge of the logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or international trade industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database and leads.
- Introduce the company's logistics and freight forwarding services to potential customers.
- Generate customer interest and identify business opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for visit scheduling and status updates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize meeting conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher to 6 months of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or International Trade.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
