We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Student Advisor to join our remote team. In this role, you will guide prospective students in selecting suitable academic programs, assist them throughout the enrollment process, and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable academic programs based on their goals.
- Guide students through the admission, enrollment, and onboarding process.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective learners via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status.
- Provide ongoing learner support and coordinate with internal teams to address student queries and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with 6+ months of relevant experience will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
